The Spanish Flavour

A  love of paella will be created at your venue with the freshest of ingredients, using Bomba Spanish rice. 

Our paellas use only homemade stocks, Sofrito flavoured base of sauteed onion, garlic, tomato, smoked paprika, saffron, mild chili and is cooked to have the traditional caramelized socarrat crust.
